1. Order Processing Time
All Luxodaly prints are made to order unless otherwise specified. Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, production begins promptly.
Standard production time is typically 3–7 business days. This timeframe allows our artists and technicians to carefully prepare, print, inspect, and package your artwork to meet our quality standards.
For customized prints, limited editions, bulk wholesale purchases, or large-format pieces, processing time may extend to 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, additional processing time may be required. If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we will notify you via email.
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
United States:
Estimated 5–10 business days after shipment.
Canada:
Estimated 7–14 business days after shipment.
International Destinations:
Estimated 7–20 business days after shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, or unforeseen logistical disruptions. Luxodaly is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, but we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
4. Packaging & Protection
We understand that prints require careful handling. Each Luxodaly order is packaged with protective materials specifically chosen to preserve the integrity of the artwork.

Small and medium prints are placed in archival-quality protective sleeves.

Flat prints are shipped in rigid mailers with reinforced backing boards.

Larger or oversized prints are rolled in protective acid-free paper and shipped in durable mailing tubes.

Wholesale orders may be packaged in reinforced cartons with internal padding.
Our packaging is designed to prevent bending, moisture exposure, and surface damage during transit. We take great care to ensure that your artwork arrives in excellent condition.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive the package. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier directly. 6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. Luxodaly is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been shipped. Once the package is in transit, we may not be able to modify delivery details.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise specified.
Customs clearance times vary by country and may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery window. Luxodaly is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will evaluate the situation and, if approved, arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, Luxodaly will work with the shipping provider to resolve the claim and may offer a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete.
9. Wholesale & Bulk Delivery
For wholesale clients and large-volume orders, shipping arrangements may differ from standard retail orders. Production timelines, freight methods, and delivery schedules will be confirmed in writing prior to shipment.

10. Force Majeure
Luxodaly is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor strikes, transportation interruptions, customs delays, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
